It is coming up to our fantastic weekend in Yeovil for the 3rd annual Chris Taylor memorial day, which means all monies must be into us no later than 31st March 2018.
We did it again recently when our fun poking at local rivals Notts County went viral, thanks to their spanking at Swansea City in the FA Cup 4th Round replay.
We are delighted to now announce that our trip to Yeovil for the Stags last away game of the 2017-18 season has now SOLD OUT.
There has been an unbelievable response to our plans for our Chris Taylor day 2018 and this has resulted in the event selling out some 7 months in advance.
We are pleased to announce that due to overwelming demand, that extra places have now been released for our trip to Yeovil.
We are pleased to announce our plans for remembering Chris in 2018, which will be our 3rd annual event and in what is our most ambitious event so far…
Our sponsor day for the Exeter City home game proved very popular, not just with the bar staff in the 1861 suite, who had to keep 19 thirsty supporters happy, but also in memory of Chris, the fanzine once again came up trumps for a second successive year.
The legend of Chris Taylor will once again be remembered this coming April, when a 20-strong group of Stags supporters will pay tribute to the man, by sponsoring the match ball for the vital home clash with Exeter City on Saturday 1st April, in his honour.
As expected, our 2017 tribute to our dear friend Chris Taylor has now sold out, those joining us have received a special invite this morning informing they have made an exclusive guest list.
We have found a new online home for all our work, and all supporters of Mansfield Town far and wide are welcome to come and view our ramblings and our all too brief history, not only from a few years back but our recent comeback in April 2016.
Plans are already underway to follow up April’s 2016 Chris Taylor Memorial Day, in which the fanzine was revived and a very eventful day to Hartlepool was undertaken.
Although in it’s infancy stages, we should have an announcement soon on what the plans are to continue to honour a true Mansfield Town legend.
